An organization is like a tree full of monkeys. All on different limbs at different levels. Some climbing up. The monkeys on the top look down and see a tree full of smiling faces. While the monkeys at the bottom look up and see nothing but assholes.
A bear and a rabbit
A bear and a rabbit are taking a shit in the forest when the bear looks at the rabbit and says "Do you have a problem of shit sticking to your fur?" The rabbit replies: "No! Never..". So the bear leans over and grabs the rabbit and wipes his ass.
